What is taught in the Havana Teen Karate class?
The Havana Teen Karate class is designed to forward young adults into a deeper level of self-confidence and self-advocacy. This class teaches biomechanical movement, discipline, awareness, and practical personal protection skills in a format that is designed for future adults. Havana Teens will continue the foundation of character development and leadership. Karate is practiced for many reasons. The primary reason for the martial arts and the inherent discipline is character development. This training goes a bit deeper into the history and warrior strategies of our traditions. A full exploration of the Core Fundamentals are covered.
