Gymnasium Rental

Many residents of Havana enjoy renting the Gymnasium for all types of parties and meetings and it stays very busy in the fall, winter and spring. Inside the old Gymnasium there is a full size basketball court with bleachers surrounding the court. Also, there is a stage where we encourage food be served.

• Fee: $30/Hour/Resident
• $37/Hour/Non-Resident

* Due to high demand reservations will be cancelled if rental payments are not paid within one week after the date the reservation was made.

Chester Center Rental

The new Chester Center building features a Community Room that is used for programs such as yoga, stretchersize and tumbling, has a lounge area for teens & families, and is also available for all types of rentals.

• $45/Hour/Resident
• $57/Hour/Non-Resident
• $55/Hour/Resident – less than 2 weeks before rental
• $69/Hour/Non-Resident – less than 2 week before rental

– Due to high demand reservations will be canceled if rental payments are not paid within one week after the date the reservation was made.

*Refunds & Cancellations

– Due to high demand for Chester Center and Gymnasium rentals refunds can only be given if the rental was cancelled at least one week prior to the event date. Refunds will not be given if cancellations were made within the week of the event date.
