Havana’s Riverfront Park

A few items to think about:

Food Trucks

Food trucks using 30amp electrical service must pay $30/day. Those using 50amp service pay $50/day for electricity.

All Food Trucks need permits from Mason County Health Dept. and from the City of Havana.

Bathrooms

Riverfront bathrooms are located inside the Nature Center, near Jefferson Street entrance, & a porta potty near Main Street. Some events may want to bring additional tp & cleaning supplies to have on hand or rent additional porta potties.

Live Music

Live music is allowed in the pavilions in Riverfront Park with permission from the HPD.
Sunset stage rental is not included. More info. here.

Garbage

HPD will leave extra garbage bags & put our dump truck in the Park for you to put full garbage bags in to. It is YOUR responsibility to monitor & empty full cans and put into dump truck, as well as cleanup of the Park’s grounds.

Street Access

NO GATES are allowed to be closed at any time, by order of the Fire Department.

Cost

Public events are often free to hold, with permission from the HPD. Private events are not allowed except in individual pavilions.
